The 2018 edition of the world’s largest event dedicated to food, sustainability and responsibility towards producers and consumers will take place in the city of Turin from September 20 to 24.
It will bring together more than 1000 producers of wines and foods of the highest quality in light of the philosophy of Slow Food to advance different events and tastings. In addition to educational spaces, including Cacao Camp, which will involve international guests, producers and delegates of Slow Food who, together with the founder of Domori, Gianluca Franzoni, will contribute to deepening knowledge in the world of cacao, sharing information about research that make the differences in the sector.
Andrea Londoño, founder of ALO & Partners, will participate as a rapporteur at Cacao Camp on September 21 at 5:00 p.m. to discuss fine cocoa in Colombia and about the strategies to create an offer of quality adequate to market demand.
